SOMERSET-based tea and coffee specialist Miles is celebrating 130 years in business this year.
The family-run company, which has a roasting house producing the coffee in Porlock while the tea production takes place in Minehead, was established in 1888.
John Halls, operations director said: "It’s a real achievement to see growth in such uncertain times. We pride ourselves in protecting our West Somerset work force and continually upgrading our rural production sites.
"We have invested in new machinery which will see new products being launched this year and look forward to sharing more about this soon. We are pleased to announce that, for the fifth year running Miles have been independently ranked among the top four UK tea brands."
