CRASH: Crews were called out to Langport Road in Thornfalcon
FIREFIGHTERS helped release casualties from a two car crash on the A358 near Taunton yesterday evening (Tuesday, April 3).
Crews from Taunton and Bridgwater were called out to Langport Road in Thornfalcon at 5.25pm.
They found a man was trapped in one of the vehicles while a female and two children in the second vehicle were checked for injuries by paramedics.
The firefighters stabilised the man's vehicle and managed to release him using hydraulic spreaders.
One of the children was taken to hospital for a general checkover.
