A FAST food outlet is to open in a former fish and chip shop closed since a devastating fire two years ago.
Pizza Hot will start trading "soon" at 81-83 Station Road, Taunton.
Work is being carried out on the building and Anca Stochichi has applied to Taunton Deane Borough Council for a premises licence.

Station Road was closed for several hours during the fire in June 2016.
The building has remained unoccupied ever since, while the occupants of the flat over the shop were also forced to move out.
The fire was located by firefighters in a duct vent in the residential flat in the property.
No-one was injured in the incident, although one person suffered smoke inhalation.
