AMAZING video footage has been caught of a huge pod of dolphins swimming near the coast of Minehead.
Mike Webber-Griffiths was running a fishing trip from Hurlstone Point, between Minehead and Porlock.
He was around four miles from the coast when he spotted the pod.
Mr Webber-Griffiths says there was around 70-100 swimming around the boat - more than he had ever seen before.
"We normally see some porpoises and seals when we go out, but never this many.
"There was by my estimate from 70-100 there. It's very unusual to see them in this number.
"You'd pay a lot of money to go and see that, and we were just going fishing. We saw the bait ball as they call it, and ended up with some amazing videos."
Mr Webber-Griffths runs the fishing charters as well as boat trips from Teddy Boy Cruises.
