FORMER chairman Tom Harris has said Taunton Town and supporters must end their ongoing feud to avoid damaging the club.
It follows another row between Peacocks' directors and members of the Supporters Club after last Thursday's club AGM, which was only open to season ticket holders and life members.
Town last month said they no longer recognise the independent Supporters Club because they claim funds raised by the group were not being passed on.
They also told the group to remove their mobile base from the Wordsworth Drive ground and banned from using the club's facilities for events and functions.
A supporters' forum' was held after Thursday's meeting but little was resolved.
Harris, who is still a member of the board, said: "It wasn't particularly constructive. Both sides argued their point and in the end we had to call a halt to it.
"It's not good for the club. Both sides have to try and pull together if the club are to progress.
"Our quarrel is really with just the officers of the Supporters' Club."
One member of the Supporters Club not at the forum was their chairman Paul Chandler who last week received a letter saying he was banned from the ground for the foreseeable future.
However, the letter he received gave no reason for his ban, and the club refused to comment.
In response, Chandler organised a protest outside the ground before the AGM.
Chandler said: "This ban is just typical of the their (the club's) incomprehensible behaviour.
"How can they ban me from the ground without giving a reason?
"I just want to continue supporting the club and I can't even do that."
