THE skies over Taunton have been roaring to the sound of military aircraft today.
A string of American Air Force F15s have been flying over the town since earlier this morning.
A spokeswoman at RNAS Yeovilton said they were based at Lakenheath, in East Anglia.
A number of people have contacted the County Gazette complaining of the noise.
