TEMPORARY road closures this week will be the A38 north of Walford Cross between 5.30pm and 11pm during North Petherton Carnival on Saturday; Taunton town centre from 10am to 11.15 on Sunday and Moor Lane, Church Road and Queen Square, North Curry, from 10.30am to 11.30am on Sunday, for Remembrance Day services.
The A358 Minehead Road and the A3065 Silk Mills Lane will be closed in the evenings for five days from Monday next week during carriageway resurfacing of the roundabout.
Taunton town centre will be closed to traffic from 10.40am to 11.20am on next Wednesday during the two minutes silence for Remembrance Day and from 6am to 9pm on Sunday, November 15 for the switch on of the town’s Christmas lights.
Temporary traffic signals will be in operation at night at Chelston, the A38 West Buckland Road and the B3187 Taunton Road at West Buckland from Monday, November 16 to the Friday after that.
