TAUNTON law firm Clarke Willmott held its annual Christmas tree present collection throughout December.

Staff in the Blackbrook office donated wrapped presents and placed them under the tree in reception.

All the presents were passed on to Somerset County Council to be distributed to under-privileged children and young adults unlikely to get much else at Christmas.

Partner Kevin Kennedy said: “Everyone enjoys buying gifts for others at Christmas and it adds something else if you know that someone in difficult circumstances will be helped.

“As always, we’re very grateful to Somerset County Council’s Childrens’ Services Department for distributing the presents through their network, meaning that they can get to their ideal recipients.

“The firm has embarked on this charitable imitative for many years’ and the staff at Clarke Willmott continue to be as generous as ever with their donations.”
