PENSIONERS in Chard are planning to start their own forum because they feel their concerns are not being heard.
The move comes on the back of recent protests by pensioners over repeated rises in council tax.
Chard resident Peter Yaxley, who organised a local petition calling for a fairer deal for pensioner council tax payers, said there were wider concerns among senior citizens.
He said: "There are other issues which have come to light, like access for the elderly to services."
