A QUAD biker was trapped in a pond at Willand, near Cullompton on Tuesday morning after riding his vehicle into a pond.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
Two ambulances and one fire crew had to go off road to treat the biker.
The man was submerged in water up to his chest for 40 minutes and was treated for cold and ankle injuries.
