LIVES will be put at risk by the modernisation of Somerset fire brigade - according to the union representing fire fighters in Bridgwater.
The Fire Brigade Union (FBU) says its comments were ignored during the consultation process for the changes.
But the Fire Brigade say it conducted wide consultation - including the union.
