A FORMER Bolton couple have offered to help relieve the volcano misery for a “deserving family” by letting them use their Spanish villa.
Hundreds of travellers are stuck in Spain after being forced to extend their holidays because they cannot get flights back to England.
As other forms of transport are either too expensive or fully booked up, many people have simply decided to sit out the eruption and wait.
Keith and Sheila Entwistle, who used to live in Bolton, are now offering to help a family if they are stuck in the Costa del Sol.
Mr Entwistle, who now lives in Nerja, said: “We have an apartment in Nerja which is available over the next few days without charge to a deserving family.
“It can accommodate two adults and two children.”
Anyone interested should contact the couple by emailing keithsheilaenty@gmail.com.
