STUDENTS from Castle School staged an art exhibition on the theme of community at the Catholic Centre, Taunton.
The year ten fine art students showcased images exploring themes such as homelessness, poverty and the way young people are seen in the media.
The group designed the layout for the show and created an exhibition catalogue as well as the invites and publicity for the show.
The young artists were on hand to talk visitors through the exhibits.
Head of Art, Darryl Simpson said: “Its great to give our students an opportunity to show their work in a gallery space and to engage with their audience.
"The quality of work for this project has been outstanding and students have learned so much from the process of putting on this show and from having the opportunity to talk about their art and their ideas with visitors to the exhibition.”
