PREMIER One Taunton St Andrews suffered their second successive defeat as a dismal batting display saw them go down by 103 runs at home to Bath.
After choosing to bat, the visitors recovered from 72-5 to post a competitive 218-7 from their 55 overs.
That was largely due to knocks of 60 from Lloyd Davies and 54 not out from Adam Kelly. For Saints, Lloyd Alley snapped up 2-26 from 11 and Tom Pitkin 2-30 from ten.
In reply, Saints were never really in the hunt as wickets fell at regular intervals. They were eventually dismissed for just 115 in 38.1 overs, a total that would have been far fewer but for a knock of 43 from Kevin Sedgbeer.
