BECKY Horsey from Curry Rivel is hoping she has enough specs appeal when she goes before the judges on Tuesday in the semi-final of a national optician's competition.
It is the third time the 18-year-old student who has reached the heat in the 'Sexy Specs' competition run by Specsavers.
Becky who is studying 3D media make-up at Somerset College of Arts and Technology and works part time at the King William IV pub in the village said she is really excited about the competition.
She said: "Hopefully it will be third time lucky.
"The winner gets a top modelling contract with a London agency and other prizes including a trip to the Maldives."
Becky is not only involved with the Specsavers campaign and can be seen in the 2006 lad's magazine FHM calendar and last month did a professional photo shoot for Nuts magazine.
And Becky has revealed to the County Gazette that she has just entered a big international competition the details of which she been told to keep secret.
Becky said: "It is really exciting but I have been told I cannot talk about it yet.
"But when I can County Gazette readers will be the first to know!"
