Ian Thomas Hannon, 45, of Peter Street, Taunton, theft, 18 months conditional discharge, £40 costs. (G).

Jamie Edward Blois, 18, of Rydon Farm, West Quantoxhead, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, breached a youth rehabilitation order, community order with three months curfew and 100 hours unpaid work; drink driving, community order, 25 months driving ban; took a vehicle without the owner's consent, community order, 12 months driving ban; driving without insurance, driving without correct licence, no separate penalty. Ryan Mathew Forsyth, 20, of Portman Street, Taunton, damaged a vehicle, £250 fine, £200 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £135 costs. (G).
