Joanne Kerra Danes, 39, of Warwick Road, Taunton, theft, 40 days prison (consecutive) suspended for 12 months; theft, 40 days prison (concurrent) suspended for 12 months; breached a community order for two counts of shoplifting, 10 days prison (consecutive) suspended for 12 months on each count; breached a community order for six counts of shoplifting, 10 days prison (consecutive) on each count. Shane Burford, 19, of Crowcombe Road, Taunton, assault by beating, community order with six weeks curfew, £100 compensation, £100 costs. (G).
