TRAINS passing through Taunton are currently being affected by high tides elsewhere in the country.
CrossCountry services to and from Penzance, Paignton and Plymouth are being amended because of high tides at Dawlish sea wall.
People using the service are being urged to check their journey.

Some services by-pass Taunton and start at Bristol Temple Meads, while others will be starting in Exeter.

6.28am Penzance - Glasgow Central starts from Bristol Temple Meads at 10:30
8.28am Penzance - Glasgow Central starts from Exeter St Davids at 11:24
9.25am Plymouth - Aberdeen starts from Exeter St Davids at 10:24
9.35am Penzance - Manchester Piccadilly starts from Exeter St Davids at 12.50pm
10.07am Paignton - Manchester Piccadilly starts from Bristol Temple Meads at noon.
11.25am Plymouth - Dundee starts from Exeter St Davids at 12.24pm
Southbound services:
6.10am Derby - Plymouth terminates at Exeter St Davids at 9.39am
6.40am York- Plymouth terminates at Exeter St Davids at 11.43am
6.42am Birmingham New Street - Paignton terminates at Exeter St Davids at 9.07am
6.45am Newcastle - Plymouth terminates at Exeter St Davids at 12.39pm
8:07am Manchester Piccadilly - Paignton terminates at Bristol Temple Meads at 11.10am
