A DOG walker remonstrated with a 17-year-old girl student for parking in a street near Richard Huish College, Taunton, according to police.
The culprit, who is believed to have argued with other students about parking on previous occasions, told the girl that emergency vehicles would be unable to get through because of where she had parked.
He then spat on her car when she started to move it from the spot in Greenlands and then punched the wing mirror as she drove past.
The culprit is described as a lanky, white man aged 35 to 42, about 6ft tall, with short hair and was wearing a striped red jumper.
Anyone with information about the incident at 9am last Friday, May 15, should contact Crimestoppers on 0800-555111.
