FIFTEEN members from movement and dance classes throughout Somerset performed at the South West Keep Fit Association's Festival of Movement and Dance held in Crediton at the weekend.
About two hundred keep fit enthusiasts enjoyed work outs and performances from around the South West and the Somerset team, produced by June Billington, from Taunton. The team received tremendous applause for their dance to African rhythms.
The team will be performing again at the Somerset Keep Fit Association's 50th anniversary celebrations, to be held at Richard Huish College on Saturday March 25.
This event is open to anyone who enjoys movement and dance; doors open at 1.45pm and entrance costs £6, which includes tea and biscuits.
