A FIRE in a public toilet this afternoon (Thursday) is believed to have been started deliberately.
Firefighters were called to the incident in the gents at Victoria Park, in Victoria Gate, Taunton, at 3.15pm.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "On arrival, crews confirmed a small fire had occurred within the gents' toilets but was out on arrival of the fire service.
"Crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan. The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate."
