Shocking damage to road revealed as Somerset floods subside
9:35am Thursday 29th November 2012 in Wellington & Wiveliscombe By Alex Cameron
DAMAGE to a road surface in the Blackdown Hills has been revealed as the floodwaters subside.
The photos here were sent in by Alison Weekes and show the road surface ripped up like carpet at a ford near Clayhidon and a shot of a farmer attempting to rescue sheep in the village earlier in the week.

Would be helpful to know where this road is, the Blackdown Hills cover a large area!

At least you got the in Somerset bit right, its just inside the Somerset/Devon border, the ford forms the boundary.
Now who do I send my consultancy bill to?
