Wellington Wheelers launch beginners cycling group
THE Wellington Wheelers Cycling Club is launching a beginners’ group this weekend aimed at women.
The club says it wants to introduce more people to club cycling, and the group launching this Sunday is also aimed at all, men or women, wishing to improve their fitness and mileage.
Rides will take place every Sunday until December, and this weekend’s will begin at 9am, meeting in the Asda car park in Longforth Road.
The club says the ride will go at a gentle pace for a sensible distance, and will include a café stop.
