THIS year’s Milverton Street Fair has been described as ‘a splendid village event’ by the organisers.
Crowds were out in force to enjoy the Bank Holiday sunshine and the attendance is believed to be the best yet.
A statement on the Milverton Street Fair website said: “The Chairman and Trustees of the Milverton Trust wish to thank the volunteers and stall holders who helped produce a splendid village event on a wonderful sunny Bank Holiday.
“We believe attendance was the best yet with local producers and businesses, village organisations and charities benefiting from visitors spending at the stalls, food outlets, the village pub.”
