PHOTOS: Pride of Porlock 2015
A CELEBRATION of the achievements of young people from Porlock Vale took place last weekend at the Porlock Visitor Centre.
The Pride of Porlock event showcased the “impressive” talent from local young people. Porlock parish councillor David Hancock, who attended the celebrations, told the County Gazette he was “greatly surprised” at the amount of talent Porlock had to offer.
He said: “Personally, I was so impressed. I had heard of some of the talented people we had here but it was such a great surprise to see more than I expected.
“The amount of talent was just amazing.”
