FIREFIGHTERS were called to a property in Minehead after reports of an oven fire.
Two fire engines from Minehead and one from Porlock attended the incident at a property in Clanville Road at 7.57pm yesterday (January 24).
When they arrived crews confirmed there was a fire in an oven in a flat on the second floor.
Firefighters confirmed the fire was out and got to work venitlating the property as it was smoke logged.
They used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke from the building and made the area safe.
