POLICE have renewed their appeal for a missing man who may be in the Taunton area.
Officers have released a new photo of Gareth Meadows, who they believe may have been in the area in the last few days.
Mr Meadows, 48, from Morchard Bishop, near Crediton, is also known to frequent remote areas around Wellington Monument.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said they are concerned for his welfare.
They are appealing to members of the public to report any sightings of Mr Meadows.
He was last seen on Thursday, July 27, at around 10.50pm.
He is described as white, of a medium build with wavy, with brown shoulder length hair and a full beard. He was wearing a black polo shirt, a blue V-neck jumper and jeans.
He is believed to be in possession of his car, a white Toyota Granvia MPV with number plate R629 VOD.
