A MUSIC teacher hit all the right notes yesterday as she passed NINE music exams on different instruments.
Estelle Jackson, a visiting teacher at Queen's College in Taunton, created a new world record at the school yesterday (Friday, June 25).
And in the process, she raised more than £1,300 for the Sidney Lawson Music Trust and Stand Against Violence.

She learned last night that she had passed all nine exams that she took on the same day - a feat which has never been achieved before.
Mrs Jackson said: "These results are beyond my wildest dreams, and I'm so grateful to my family, friends and colleagues for their unstinting support.
"I'm perhaps proudest of my Grade 7 Piano pass - I'm not a natural pianist and had to work extremely hard for every mark I was awarded."
Her grades were as follows:
- Initial Trumpet, Distinction (95)
- Grade 1 Guitar, Merit (85)
- Grade 2 Trombone, Distinction (90)
- Grade 3 Cello, Distinction (89)
