THE two people who died at a home in a Somerset village - sparking a murder investigation - have been named locally as Stephen and Jennifer Chapple.
The couple, both in their thirties, were found with serious injuries by police called to Dragon Rise, Norton Fitzwarren, on Sunday night (November 21).
It is understood their children were in the house at the time.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, they were declared dead at the scene.

Neighbours have spoken of the friendly couple, and also said there had been rows over parking in the street where they lived.
Jennifer's manager at Otter garden centre in Pen Elm also paid tribute to a 'well-loved' colleague.
Police have launched a murder investigation after the deaths.
Two men, aged 34 and 67, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
