AMY Winehouse’s Pyramid Stage performance from Glastonbury 2007 is set to be released on vinyl, with pre-orders available online now.

The vinyl will mark the 15th anniversary of Winehouse’s iconic performance, which saw her perform hits from her albums Frank and Back to Black.

The Amy Winehouse Foundation, a charity set up in the singer’s memory to “inspire children and young people to build their self-esteem and resilience”, announced the news on social media.

In an Instagram post, the foundation said: “15 years ago, in 2007, Amy performed on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury.

“We’re so excited to see this new vinyl release.”

Glastonbury Festival co-organiser Emily Eavis said in a statement: “Amy Winehouse was a Glastonbury-goer through and through.

“She either came and played or, when she wasn’t working, came and camped.

“She played in the blistering heat and the heavy rain, and there were so many magical moments to her performances.”

The 12-inch vinyl, Amy Winehouse Live at Glastonbury 2007, will be released by Universal Music on Friday, June 3 – around three weeks before this year’s festival begins.

Winehouse also played at Glastonbury in 2008, and that performance was replayed by the BBC in 2020 as part of its celebration of the festival’s 50th anniversary.
