A POPULAR high street pub in Somerset which closed suddenly earlier this year has gone on the market to rent.
The Pub, found on Wellington High Street, can now be rented for a price of £17,500.
However, it's being marketed for 'retail/café purposes', meaning the venue does not necessarily have to remain in use as a pub.

A spokesperson for Miller Commercial said: "A ground floor lock-up premises last utilised as a pub/bar and formerly a retail premises.
"The building is available by way of a new lease, the terms of which are open to negotiation.
"The premises are located centrally within the town close to a number of national and independent retailers and convenient for the public car parks."
The town centre premises at 13 High Street is available immediately, and those interested should contact Miller Commercial.
