TAUNTON Town will face Somerset rivals Yeovil at home on New Year's Eve after the clash was brought forward by 24 hours.
The derby at Wordsworth Drive will now be played at 3pm on Sunday, December 31.
Taunton and Yeovil will face each other in consecutive league games over the festive period; firstly at Huish Park on Boxing Day before the rearranged game in the county town.
They last played each other in an Emirates FA Cup replay in October 2022, which saw the Peacocks overcome the Glovers to earn a place in the first round proper.

Taunton and Yeovil are separated by a point in fifth and sixth respectively after solid starts to the 2023/24 campaign, having both won five of their opening nine games.
Ticket details for the New Year's Eve fixture will be announced in due course.
